Personally I don’t think that there needs to be improvement. I was very happy and relaxed with my physiotherapist. I had very good positive experience and I would recommend this service to anyone with a long standing condition
I contacted the doctor on Tuesday and an appointment was made to speak to a physio regarding a slipped disk, on Friday.
Hayley was thorough in her questioning of my symptoms to determine the severity of my condition. She established that pain relief was a priority then to start simple forms of exercise. She offered tips to help with easing pain naturally and other advise that I hadn’t thought of.
She was very professional and caring throughout. I felt able to ask questions when needed.
Hayley offered support if I felt I needed it in the future.

Edward Brebner has treated me mainly by telephone appointments which commenced with an hour long review of my medical history and a description of the exercises I needed to do. This was followed by a further telephone appointment and also a face to face consultation. As a result , four months after my hip replacement , my hip is fine and I am totally mobile. Ed has now referred me to Vicky who is treating me for a stiff knee.
I am impressed by how much has been achieved by using this method of therapy and am grateful for the excellent care I have received in the middle of a pandemic.

Ed was a really good therapist. He gave clear explanations with ref to my back problems and really helped me to understand what was going on.
He was cheerful and encouraging and I found his help invaluable. His advice has changed the way I manage my back problem and has given me more confidence to work with it. Completely worth it, thanks Ed.

My back pain, (result of a car crash), has left me unable to work and exercise at 100%. The service, help, empathy and compassion I received through online sessions, was absolutely first class and the progress/improvement made over 6 weeks has been very encouraging. From my point of view, there is nothing more MSK Physiotherapy could do to improve this service. Thank you so much.
Lauren was patient and listened well. Very encouraging and motivational to get things moving in the right direction. All of the consultations were on Teams and they were managed excellently.
Ed has been fantastic he listened and learned about my chronic illnesses and together we made and tweaked a plan that worked me around my problems. I was listened to and dealt with respect. He motivated me and encouraged me when things weren't quiet working and together we found a plan that worked untill there was improvement. My overall experience has been brilliant.
